He filled out and submitted the building permit and guided us through the process. He's one of the most helpful contractors we have ever had. Excellent.
We desperately needed our gutters replaced. Spoke with Rick Landreth and he was able to have a crew out within a week to get the old gutters removed and new ones installed (with leaf protection) at a very reasonable price. The whole project took them less than a day to complete. No mess left behind and no real disruption to our daily routine. 4 months later and they're still doing great. Highly recommend using Rick and Ultima roofing to anyone.
